Here at Homeward Hound we provide a safe and fun indoor environment for your dogs to play. Our trained and attentive staff will watch and interact with your pets while you are away. We have multiple areas for your dogs to play depending upon your dog's energy level and size. We have 1600 sqft of daycare space, covered in soft rubber flooring to give your dog the best experience possible. Our facility is climate controlled for winter and summer. We also have a nice outdoor area for your pups to take a break in and soak up some rays.
Leave your pet(s) with us for a few hours or the whole day. Come by our convenient location, located right off the 205 and 10th Street, and talk to our friendly staff. To ensure the best experience for your pet, all dogs are required to pass a two-step temperament test.

We know safety is important to you and your dog and we feel the same way. To this end, we require that every dog passes a comprehensive temperament screening, which lasts one to four hours. We will bring your dog into the daycare for a short 10-15 minute assessment so we can determine how long their temperament test will last. Once they pass the temperament testing they will be placed on a one to five visit probationary period, to ensure they can integrate into the pack safely. Our onsite trainer will determine how long the temperament test will last and how many probation visits are best for your pet. Prior to your pup's screening process you will meet with a knowledgeable staff member to review your paperwork and answer any questions you may have.
